PROXY FORM NOMINATIONS FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Norman Wells & District Chamber of Commerce Members,
Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 6:00 PM Thursday, April 26th, 2018 at Melnyk Hall of the Royal Canadian Legion.
We encourage your company to put forward nominations for the board of directors. A nomination form is attached. Please submit your nominations by April 20th to the e-mail below.
Please ensure your membership dues are paid prior to the AGM.
We have invited Sahtu MLA Daniel McNeely and Kevin Gant – Imperial Oil to speak to our membership.
There will be a dinner following the meeting, members can bring an alternate. Please RSVP your attendance so we know how much food to prepare.
